Male/Male, Female/Female and Male/Female teams 35 and older will throw down again this year for our Masters competition. As always we promise to keep things fun, interesting and competitive.
There will be no designated 45 and up category unless we have 10 plus teams sign up.

WOD 1
VIDEO DESCRIPTION
With a 10 min clock for load
4 deadlifts
3 hang cleans
2 front squats
1 jerk
-Combined total of both athlete's best lift will be the score
-hang cleans can be anywhere from the knee to hip, power or squat
-third hang clean can count as first front squat

WOD 2
3 rounds, alternating movements, for reps
1 Min max effort belt squats 140/90
1 Min max effort plate touch burpees

-Partner 1 will start on belt squats
-Partner 2 will start on burpees
-switch movements at rest
-each partner completing movement = 1 round
-total number of belt squats = 1 score
-total number of burpees = 1 score

With a 26 minute running clock
***during the duration of the running clock you will be required to complete 200 calories on the rower***
Score for wod 3 is your time for 10 rounds
Score for wod 4 is your time fot 200 calories on rower
